Hi @D-H69

Please provide more information:

-Specific Product Number. It would help to review your PC's components.

-SSD upgrade type? Did you buy an M.2 NVME SSD or an M.2 SATA SSD? A SATA M.2 drive will probably not work with your MB. Some NVME SSD manufacturers provide cloning software with the new drives.

-Did you image or clone the factory operating system from the factory SSD to the new SSD? The PC will not boot without an operating system.

The TG01-2000a product series all use the Erica6 MB.

Please provide all steps taken prior to installing the new SSD.

You may have purchased a faulty or incompatible SSD, or the clone is corrupted, or the drive is raw (no data or operating system written to the drive). Too many variables in your situation.

I can't assist using the info you have provided. Maybe a different forum member can assist.

Regards
