Microsoft Windows 11

I have recently updated my BIOS, my mistake, and the nvidia gpu gone from my task manager, was showing the warning in the device manager, did every steps on the whole internet(present to me), every step from youtube to remove that error, soon i realized that i have updated the BIOS, but while i was doing the GPU process, i even removed my battery of laptop and then pressed the power button, also reset the windows 5 times, this caused (if present) my old bios to be deleted from this laptop, so i created a bootable [rufus + (bios installed from hp support)] and did steps shown by youtube to me, but its not happening anywhere

-Secure Boot is off

-Windows 11 ( Already reset 5 times )

-Unplugged battery and hard cmos reset

- paused windows defender and firewalls

- downloaded the NVIDIA latest drivers (geforce or directly from their servers)

-No other faults are there in the pc

-Problem is occuring after the latest BIOS update (probably ->) done on 20 Feb 2024

Hi @rishiaditya,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with error 43.

That is an excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.

This could be a hardware issue. This might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue.

We have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
