the part number I have is CT: 5FRST0FM789369. I can't seem to find out where to purchase a replacement from HP or elsewhere. Any thoughts?

The specifications show all standard connectors on the PSU.

 

I would measure it to see if it is indeed the standard ATX  configuration and consider replacing it with something on the order of a Corsair brand PSU.
