There's still no update, so we can't play COD 😭.
With all due respect, [edited]with its reputation, it hasn't responded and hasn't released an update to fix the problem.
I'm afraid this will be my last HP device.

Hi Kuroi_Kenshi,
Thanks for your response, but I’m still confused. I’ve checked the official HP drivers page for my model (ROM Family SSID 87C3, F.32 Rev.A), and this is the latest BIOS available. However, after installing it, my AMD TPM Manufacturer Version remains 3.90.0.5, which is the version that Call of Duty rejects.
It seems like your instructions about updating the TPM firmware via BIOS don’t apply here, because there is no BIOS update currently available that actually updates the TPM firmware for my system.
Could you clarify if there is any plan to release a BIOS that updates the AMD TPM firmware for ROM Family SSID 87C3? Right now, even with TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot enabled, the game still fails its security check.
Thanks,
Darksage
