Its been month of asking for a BIOS update for my pc. I can no longer play call of duty dur to this. My Bios is updated to the latest bios from your website. WHY is this a HP problem ONLY. Every other company has pushed out an update for this issse can i please get a response on this matter thats not "Please be patient as we investigate further" Because its been legit 6 months.

Your PC needs a firmware update from HP via a possible future BIOS update.

 

HP has been fixing this problem for a while now on a MB to MB basis. I don't know where your MB would be in the queue.

 

That's all I can say.

 

Check this Forum Thread. Many folks are having the same problem.
