Hi.
My monitor is acting up throughout last 6 months.
First started with black flashing screens, lost of signal and some time ago both speakers went mute.
Monitor is deteriorating every day. I tested on few PCs and different cables.
I try to find a way to send my monitor on warranty, but can't dig or find the proper place.
Can anyone point me out where I can find a section where it can just paste my serial number, describe exactly what's going on and call for RMA?
Best Regards.

Hi @BarGlo1133,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
It sounds like your OMEN by HP 34-inch WQHD 165Hz Curved Gaming Monitor (OMEN 34c) is experiencing significant issues, including black flashing screens, loss of signal, and non-functional speakers. Since you have already tested the monitor on multiple PCs and with different cables, it seems the problem lies within the monitor itself.
Check Your Warranty Status:
- You need to confirm whether your monitor is still under warranty. You can check your warranty status on HP’s website:
- Go to the HP Warranty Check website.
- Enter your monitor's serial number (usually found on the back of the monitor or in its settings).
- The website will provide details about your warranty period.
I recommend contacting phone support for more options to get the Monitor service.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
