Need help with motherboard upgrade.

Hello, I need help with my gaming desktop! I am an avid gamer and I, as many others love realistic graphics and smooth gameplay. That's why I decided to upgrade my pc's specs. Right now I am using a ;GTX 1080, I7-9700k, 2x16 RAM, 850W-80 Plus Platinum.' I am looking to buy a 'RTX 3070 TI, I7-13700k and two new RAM sticks. The reason I am asking for help is pretty complex in my oppinion. The motherboard I have right now is one named from HP named 'Edoras' With a SSID of 84FD. I found out that this motherboard does not support the CPU(I7-13700k) and the amount of RAM I am buying(64gb) So I really need help. I am not the best when it comes to the inside of computers so I need help with what motherboard to upgrade to that will support my newer parts(GPU,CPU,RAM) Please someone do help me and it will be insanely appreciated!
