Product: OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 870-255xt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The specs on the item description for this PC says there is a DVI port, however I do not see a port I can plug a DVI cable into. Am I missing something?

Yes, it has  Dual Link DVI-D + HDMI + 3 DisplayPort. Please check port location on page 6 of the following document.

 

         http://www.nvidia.com/content/geforce-gtx/GTX_1070_User_Guide.pdf

 

Note: You need a proper cable.
