I just bought a Crosshair 2 × 16 GB ram (Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 Memory) that’s gonna run at 3200 MHz (default speed is 2133 MHz). I know I need to enable XMP in the BIOS to make it run at 3200, but I can’t find the option. Now the ram runs at 2133MHz.

Greetings @William12345688
The Corsair memory will probably never run at 3200 MT/s because your PC's BIOS does not support XMP memory overclocking.
You can check TE02-0xxx systems at User Benchmark.
Scroll down to "User benchmarks for this system".
Now check various TE02 configs by selecting individual user links. The configuration data will list the memory maker, the memory speed, and other component specs.
Here are example images of a TE02 PC, having an HP 894B MB with an i7-12700, running Crucial Memory at 3200 MT/s. Chances are good your PC has an HP 894B MB.
Try Crucial Memory for compatible memory modules that should run at 3200 MT/s. Use the Crucial Scanner.
