The computer has a new power supply because the old one fried, I only get 1 beep after the computer dies out. And a small wire that looks like a ground is loose (and this has a small piece of plastic at the end that is. not a plug)

(1) Ask a friend who is good with computers to help you.
Follow instructions ...
- Disconnect power cable !
- Reconnect RAM
- Check <all> cable connections
- Reconnect hard drives
- Reconnect graphics card
- Check RTC Real Time Clock CR2032 battery (should have 3V)
- Press and hold power <button> for 30 seconds
- Connect power cable and try again ...
