OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT12-0000i (ID 7WM96AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I am a little confused as to what is going on or how this is happening. I bought an OMEN 25L Gaming Desktop from BestBuy earlier this year. I am trying to check for a BIOS update, and any driver updates I might need using the HP support page as I have done in the past with my HP laptops. However, when I enter my serial number or use the auto-detect feature, I get stuck at the screen asking me to select an operating system. Here is where I get stuck, because there are no options for me to choose in either drop down menu. Where it asks "What OS do you have?" it has a drop down menu for me to choose, but there aren't actually any options in that drop down whatsoever. This is implying that there is no software or driver support for my computer which makes no sense to me. Please help me figure this out, as it seems impossible for a desktop like this to be completely unsupported. But I cannot proceed on the support page at all. I realize I could get a lot of driver updates with Windows Update but I am still a little weirded out that I cannot seem to find any working support page for my computer.

By the way, I have done absolutely no real tweaking with this thing since I got it. Running the Windows 11 that it came with, no additional OS, no hardware upgrades, graphics card drivers up to date, Windows Updates up to date.

If you want to perform a bios update, just for fun, then avoid!
The bios, must be updated, only in certain cases, preferably, if an important correction, and planned, and that it possibly corrects a problem that you have, whatever one tells you

Will not re boot after bios update

you can search the many topics here, with updates missed!

now the product page

the reference here is not for a particular model but several of the series

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-desktop-pc-25l-gt12-0000i/33492320/model/2100816096

indeed no driver link!

now let's open a link of a mentioned model

OMEN 25L GT12-0164 Desktop PC Product Specifications

then click on product home page

open OMEN Desktop PC 25L GT12-0000i

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-desktop-pc-25l-gt12-0000i/33492320

the link is here

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-desktop-pc-25l-gt12-0000i/33492320

select windows 11 / windows v 21h2 / submit

so now all drivers
