Hii everyone, I have been facing a no power issue from over a month and I haven't received any response from HP. How shall I fix my Omen 16's issue ?

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Very unusual to see you are not receiving a response from HP if your PC is in warranty.

 

I would say your PC has an external power brick problem, a component connected to the MB problem, or a MB problem if the PC is terminally ill.

 

Disconnect all unnecessary peripherals. Then try to start the PC again.

 

Try the mouse, if applicable, in all available USB ports.

 

Contact a local PC Tech if the PC is not in warranty.

Have you tried doing this?

  • Disconnect the power adapter.
  • Remove the battery if it’s removable (if not, skip this step).
  • Hold the power button down for 15-20 seconds to drain any residual power.
  • Reconnect the power adapter (without the battery) and try turning it on.
