How does one get support for an OMEN 17T with a single bad key on its keyboard (have a carepack warranty extension)?
Cannot seem to find an HP link with a support phone number.

In my opinion, HP's carepack warranty extension should make this right. Probably requires a replacement keyboard assembly:

Determine what your specific part number is (such as: L57379-001) and have this p/n ready when you contact HP to initiate an RMA -or whatever their procedure may be.
Try this HP Customer Service link first: https://h20212-3.www2.hp.com/Home/Index/us/en/?
or this one: https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/product/omen-by-hp-17-cb0000-laptop-pc/26122176/model/261221...
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
