@BlackoutWolves,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

What processor and motherboard do you have?  -The reason why I ask is that I want to make sure to provide you with the best possible info. One of the things you need to be aware of is that HP computers are often exceedingly finnicky when it comes to RAM, even if -on paper, so to speak, the RAM is supposed to run at the RAM manufacturer's RAM speed.

Unfortunately, the feedback we see often is that exotic gaming RAM will NOT run at the advertised speed, but below it, sometimes far below it.

With this in mind, please type in System Information in your Windows search bar, and left-click on the "System Information" App.

What I need to know is this (outlined in blue : )

According to https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-OMEN-25L-Desktop-GT12-1xxx/235286 (real-world HP OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT12-1xxx Super Users), the highest performing RAM without exception are basically these three RAM options: Kingston HP37D4U1S8ME-16X, Kingston HP37D4U1S8ME-16XR and: Kingston HP37D4U1S8ME-8X, all running at 3200 MHz.

I want to make sure that your particular Omen can, perhaps, handle 3600 MHz RAM -that is what I am trying to find out.

Kind Regards,
