So I recently bought a HP OMEN 25L when I try running a game (Black myth wukong ) it crashes on me or it fail to open up from the pin tab on desktop home page bar

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Maybe you have a specific game problem if this only happens when running one game. Check the appropriate game Forum for troubleshooting tips.

 

You can stress test the new PC's: CPU, memory, and graphics card using OCCT's personal version (free) available at this Site.

 

OCCT will tell you if you have a PC component problem or thermal problem.

 

I run OCCT on all new PC builds to check stability.
