hi
I bought 2 new ram banks for my OMEN 40L GT21-0006nl, factory has HyperX DDR4-3733 MHz XMP RGB Heatsink RAM 16 GB (2 x 8 GB), I bought the same "I believe" seeing on the kingston website and the I took it here as suggested by kingston https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B097HP4VCT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
the problem is this, when I install the new ram modules in the computer and I turn it on, the pc turns on but after a certain number of seconds it restarts and does it in a loop, you can't even see anything in the monitor it's like dead, if I remove the 2 new desks and I leave only the originals the pc starts up regularly. yet I bought the same as the originals.
the memories I bought are these: https://www.kingston.com/it/memory/gaming/kingston-fury-beast-ddr4-rgb-memory?speed=3733mt%2Fs&total... = kit% 20of% 202 & dram% 20density = 8gbit
the data sheet here: https://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KF437C19BBAK2_16.pdf
what should i do to make it start up regularly with the new ram banks?
thank you

The HP RAM sticks are slower than anything you can purchase on the market.
They are timed at CL22 whereas the ones you linked are CL19 and most available sticks are around CL16 to CL18 nowadays.
Because of the timing mismatch your CPU is having issues managing the RAM. If you're on a Ryzen platform this might be solveable with the Ryzen Master software they provide, however for Intel there doesn't seem to be an easy fix.
Usually the system reverts to lower RAM timings in order to remain stable, you might have the 'overclock' function turned on in the Omen Gaming Hub, perhaps turning that off will increase stability.
It will most likely slow down the faster sticks to CL22 3200 MT/s (or below), this might be tweakable with Ryzen Master.
The simplest fix would be to return the sticks you've bought and get a complete new set (and no longer use the slow HP sticks) however this might be impossible/too costly.

thanks for the explanation, I ordered as you suggested other 2 benches from amazon so I will remove those from hp and leave only the new 4 ram banks purchased from amazon.
my doubt is this, once only the new 4 banks taken from amazon are mounted, will I be able to get them to go at 3733 mhz in OC with Omen Gaming Hub?
what should I do ?

Once non-HP sticks are added into the setup, you will be able to access the Advanced Menu in the Bios.
It should allow you to enable the XMP profile, if not there is always Ryzen Master on the AMD platforms (CPU).

I believe F11 can be used to access the BIOS on boot, I however always use the windows 'advanced startup' function.
Note that this HP article states that the key is F10, but I'm not sure.

I have not yet changed my RAM myself, so I'm not sure what values you should enter. Don't copy the values in the image. I'd start with the values that are on the back of the sticks, it should show you the speed/latency. Perhaps there are pre-made profiles you can pick from.
Edit: there are pre-made profiles to pick from, Default - Custom - XMP. I went with Custom, but the pre-set XMP profile might just be the best/work straight away.
All I did in the custom setting was set it to it's rated speeds (3200 MT/s) by changing one of the first values to 1600 (x2 = 3200) since it's dual rank.
I have not yet tried out the pre-set XMP profile, it might be better.
