Hello
Thank you for the link, the explanation has been applied and this is what happened with me
after the BIOS recovery, i waited for it to reboot and here i was surprised that Windows is back as it is like i received it (new) No software or anything, The good thing is that i have another hard disk to save files and other things, Although there were some things that were on "C" I wanted but it's okay, The programs can be reinstalled by communicating with their sites, and some of them I saved the serial number

i know the cause of the problem OMEN CMOS Reset (502)
when i travel or away for a long time, i disconnect the power from the PC but if you keep the power plugged in, the problem disappears

anyway, thanks again
