Yesterday morning when I went to test out this computer I had bought not long ago, I opened the omen command center, which I had opened before. Rather than showing me any information it just shows me an oversized window of the end-user license agreement. It only shows me half the window and I cannot resize it in order to consent to the agreement.
My Attempts:
-uninstall and Reinstall
-messed around with the display settings
If anyone has any recommendations for troubleshooting or solution, please respond.

Hi @ImagineAtom
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Are you facing this issue only with the Command center app?
Did you try changing the display resolution and check if that helps?
Right-click on your desktop screen > Display settings > Resolution
Did you use the Microsoft store to reinstall the app?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
