Product: OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P6AV)

Whenever I go to the overclocking tab in the omen gaming hub it says that the required software is not found and I need to download it.

 

But when i click on download its just stuck on 1% forever and not doing anything.

HP Recommended

We have seen this fixed on some systems by updating HP & Intel drivers. Can you please run a "Windows Update", making sure to select anything under "Advanced>Optional Updates". You may have to check for updates and reboot multiple times before all drivers are updated.

If that doesn't resolved the problem, please try to download and install https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp143501-144000/sp143720.exe. It will make your system reboot after the install, so please save all files before starting.
