I have launched the Cleaner of OMEN Gaming Hub. It is running by now since more than 3 hours and it is staying since then at 99% completion. Is this normal or is there a problem? What is usually the running time of the cleaner?

I definitely believe there is a glitch in the app.  It should take no more than a few minutes to complete the cleaning with the amount of gigabytes that are involved.  I suggest closing the app, if possible, and start over.

Thanks, this helped. I stopped the process, closed and re-launched the app and restarted the cleaning process. This worked, process has properly completed.

Computers are like asking a doctor for advice,  he may say take an aspirin and call me in the morning.  The aspirin, in this instance, is replaced by a reboot of the computer or app. 😉  It often helps as it did this time.
