OMEN Remote Play continously starting ....No update available in Microsoft store...

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

Every time I start my PC, I am continuously needing to stop Omen Remote Play from the lower right hand tray on the desktop.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Omen Command Center a few times now and no update is shown on the Microsoft store.

I went to MSCONFIG and even disabled it there for a Selective Start up..........it still happens!  LOL

Can someone assist me please?

Thank you,

Stefos

@Stefos1 , welcome to the forum.

I am not certain that this will solve your problem, but you can give this guide a try:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/4026268/windows-10-change-startup-apps

Hi and thanks for your kindness, This didn't help but I did learn something I didn't know before 🙂 I don't know why the Omen Command Center Remote Play tab has no slider after all I did INCLUDING downloading and installing the Omen C.C. SDK as well.

You are very welcome, @Stefos1!  I am glad that you learned something new.

I believe that you have the latest version of HP Support Assistant.  If you open it you will find some diagnostic and repair tools that may help solve your problem.  If you don't have the version 9, go to this link:  https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html
