OMEN X 35 no image, only backlight

Hi,
I was using my monitor normally when the image disappeared. Only the backlight remains on although the power led and the one under the monitor indicating an incoming data stream stays on. I was able to get it working after disconnecting it from the power and running it through HDMI (instead of displayport) with my laptop. The OSD menu is not visible as well as the startup screen with the OMEN logo no longer appears.

Can I take it to a repair center in Italy?

if you are no longer under warranty, you can go wherever you want
If under warranty, then contact hp support in your country
