  •  Tried calling the support for last 1 hour stil waiting on time is this the service Hp is committed to I have been trying to reach till yesterday but no one has solved my queries and my pc is freezing at its will but no one has shown up neither team has shown a single effort from their end despite being asked for calls multiple times and on top of that when we asked no body responded what will I do with such pathetic service highly disappointed with HP
  • Is anybody from Hp watching this kindly connect asap or else I would no other option rather than to return the product thank you quick revert is appreciated

I am fed up with your services now you don't have any means to help your customers instead everybody comes and gives their own opinion no intention to listen what customer say or listen to grief sorry but such a horrible and pathetic services i have received , I am totally shocked that this level of services are provided by Hp nowadays I didn't hope that this service will be provided to by the company now I am regretting after purchasing the product will not recommend to my friends, family or anyone instead will demotivate them for the same to not go with Hp as such pathetic service and no commitment towards their customer and the contact supports team disconnects the call on mid call how horrific practice is that after the call being connected after 1 hour of waiting patiently 

Really a Devastating and regretful experience with HP this would be my last purchase with hp
