Hello
It's up to you, but if a computer doesn't work properly the first time it's started, it can be more or less serious.
so either you are wasting time here, trying to find a solution, which may not simply exist anyway..
Either, that's what I would do in your place, back to the seller, before it's too late!

Hold in power button for 30 seconds.

If that does now work then a full 60 else return it

I don't understand what you mean here, @BeemerBiker
If you hold down the power button, after a while it will turn off the computer.
unless it's for a power reset, there you have to have unplugged everything before?

I think 15 seconds is not sufficient, sometimes 30-60 is needed

Sometimes system is stuck and not turning on or is not turning off

Power supply is stuck in some mode due to being turned on and off too quickly

Yes, ok, but the question was, that you just indicate to press the button, which can be totally useless, depending on what you want to do ..

But as it has already been disconnected / reconnected , to avoid elsewhere
I think it is better to return it to the dealer, without wasting time here
even if it restarts, who knows for how long...
