My OMEN 30L won't boot and won't show a display and I want to replace the motherboard. I can not find the specs of the motherboard in the part surfer. When I was searching the document for OMEN 30L, several documents for different motherboards show up.
Serial No: 2MD0514GMX
Product No: 1A227AV
Model No: GT13-0280z

I want to know what motherboard is inside my OMEN 30L device and how to purchase one (if HP sells them).
If such info is not available. I want to know some alternative boards that are compatible with OMEN 30L.
I have these components on the board:
Ryzen 5 5600 CPU
2x G Skill DDR4-3200 16G RAM
GEFORCE RTX 3060 Ti  8GB Graphic Card

Greetings @EXZ

Welcome to the HP Forum.

You would have to define what "no boot" means.

I know of no way to conclude the MB is the problem without doing extensive component testing to verify the bad part.

A bad power supply or component /peripheral short could result in nothing happening when you depress the power button.

Any component connected to the MB, including the MB, is also indicated if the MB energizes and you see fans spinning but you have no video output.

MBs have many power rails supplying power to various components. The MB could energize but can't deliver power to a component required to get a good POST and video.

A dead power button can cause this symptom if the PC does nothing when you depress the power button.

That being said; your PC has a B450 Moria3 MB, part number L96321-601.

You can't get this part from HP.

Try eBay using the HP part number.

Just saying, you might be disappointed after installing a, known good, MB only to find the PC is still dead or you don't get video.

I would do a new case if you're going to try a retail MB. You might be able to find a new AMD B550 board which supports a Ryzen 5600.

Regards
