Hello,
I bought the computer a year ago with the intent to start gaming again but have barely used it.
A couple days ago I started playing around and installed games and when I started playing I was really shocked how noisy it is.
I have some videos with how loud it sounds but could not figure out how to upload here.
I checked my warranty and it expires today so that is terrible. No idea if the problems that I have are covered by warranty or not.
All my drivers are updated, everything is up to date and not getting any fails on any of the HP tests that I tried but the performance is also lower than expected.
In 3D Mark Demo I got 16500 points and that is way below their average for a similar system
Tried UserBenchmark.com after that and it was even worse, overall 29 percentile....se below pictures.
The system is original, no change, no overclocking, no nothing.
Is this normal? What can I do?
Not sure if the 2 problems are related or not but they might if insufficient cooling is leading to poor performance.
For such an expensive computer I can not help but feel disappointed.
TY!

Thank you for trying to help @Ub6424!
Followed some of the steps, installed the new BIOS and newer Inter drivers and now I'll do some tests to see the results.
Good or bad I realize now that the case size, shape and ventilation (or lack of) is the biggest problem here and I've accepted that changing the case is provably the only solution to my noise and performance problem.
