Omen 30L
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an omen 30 L with a Rtx 3080 and Ryzen 7 5800x and 16gb ram. I have not changed anything from what i got. (No ram, gpu, cpu, etc upgrades) and my computer crashes at the most random times. I have checked the temps and there’s nothing wrong. I have seen other posts saying it’s just windows going to sleep or updating, but i have the setting for that turned off and still, turns off at idle or random times. If you can help, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue: Update your drivers: Make sure that all of your drivers, including your GPU and chipset drivers, are up to date. You can do this manually or use a driver updater tool. Check for Windows updates: It's possible that a Windows update could fix the issue. Make sure that you have all of the latest updates installed. Test your RAM: Use a tool like MemTest86 to test your RAM for errors. If there are errors, you may need to replace your RAM. Check your power supply: If your power supply is faulty or not powerful enough to support your components, it could cause crashes. Make sure that your power supply is working correctly and is powerful enough for your system. Check for overheating: Even if you've checked your temps, it's possible that your system is overheating. Make sure that all of your fans are working correctly and that there is no dust or debris blocking airflow. Check for malware: Malware can cause random crashes and other issues. Run a malware scan using a reputable antivirus program. If none of these steps solve the issue, it may be a hardware problem. You may want to contact HP support or a computer technician for further assistance.
