Product: OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000i (1S3R9AV)

My omen pc (+- 1 year old) keeps crashing randomly while playing games or even sometimes starting up games. I've had the problem with Valorant, Football manager, Hitman, Elden Ring and now recently also while playing Hogwarts legacy. I only play these games sporadically so it didn't bother me to much that i crashed once in a while (. Mainly played League of legends where i never encountered these problems. But since Hogwarts came out i've been crashing numerous of times a day. My monitor goes black while playing, i keep hearing sound for like 2 seconds and the pc stays on, fans keep blowing, but I can't do anything anymore and have to manually restart my pc. I'm really starting to get desperate here, would really like a solution. I checked my temps because the fans are blowing at 100% capacity but the temps seem to be fine, i really have no idea what the problem could be.

 

Thanks in advance fpr anyone that can help me out here.

hi

I guess your configuration is more than enough, for the types of games!?
at first, check the graphics driver version
try the latest version available from nvidia, with the Geforce experience app
choose the new driver installation option!
When a game is compatible select the optimize option in geforce experience
see if it gets better!
If that doesn't help, uninstall the graphics drivers, and install an older driver from the product page

If still not better, then check and install nvidia firmware update if needed
