Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I buy omen 45l with 32gb ram 3733 and i buy extra 32gb ram 3733 and it work fine

now I want remove the new ram and back pc to factory reset the pc have problems it run on after few seconds it turn off and repeat it self with out boot can,t start pc until I return the new ram, how i do factory reset and remove the new ram
