Product: Omen Obleisk 875-0014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an old Omen Obleisk 875-0014 with a dead i7-8700 CPU. I was wondering if I can replace the CPU with i5-9400F or can I only use 8th gen. The system has the Edoras motherboard and the specs at:
https://support.hp.com/lv-en/document/c06124984
State that the 9400F processor is supported.
However, the HP product page shows only 8th Gen processors.
Thanks for your help.
Shahzad
