Hello, recently my computer has been having problems with crashing. It usually happens when I try running a game for the first time. The entire PC will freeze and I'm forced to restart. Then the process of everything going back to normal takes a good 15 minutes. Once it restarts then it will freeze again couple seconds after restarting or once I try to run my game again. This also happens sometimes when I'm just surfing the internet. Then usually when I press on the power button it will boot up then crash, boot up and crash until I completely unplug the PC. I tried re reinstalling drivers, I did a entire system reset and I still get this problem everyday when I start my computer in the morning.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to run the Windows memory diagnostics test.
A faulty memory chip can be the cause of random crashes and freezes.
If your PC has a bad memory chip within 10 seconds of running the test, you will get a message in yellow text that states in substance that there is a hardware issue and to contact the PC manufacturer.
If you get that message quickly, you can cancel out of running the rest of the test.
That is your que to replace the defective memory chip.

If you have more than one memory chip installed, you will need to remove all but one, and run the memory test on each chip at a time to figure out which one is triggering the message.
Here's a service teardown video which will show you how to remove and replace a memory module.
