Had my Omen desktop for quite a while now, but the SSD had gone back along and it's since been replaced.  Only I noticed this affected the Omen Control software for the light on the tower.   Tried reinstalling it but I keep getting the message that the SynCom.DLL apparently couldn't be found when going to open it.

 

Anyone know of a workaround/solution for this?  Cheers - looked for other ways of support like an email and online chat but had no joy.

Hi,

 

Try booting Windows in Safe Mode (Link).

 

Uninstall the software.

 

Reboot to Windows normally. Reinstall the software.
