Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I had a blackout this morning and I just turned my computer on and now the LED lights are changing, rather than what I last set it at. I tried to change it but it would not work. I uninstalled it thinking I could reinstall it, because that's what a worker had done last time. But I don't know how.
