Hello so has anybody found a way to unlock the BIOS lock? if so please reply and thank you

What do you mean by "bios lock"? If you are asking how to unlock advanced features, HP does not allow that. Ergo if we did know, we could not discuss it. Sorry.

From my experience, I'm afraid not. The motherboard is made to spec for HP although it is a H470 beneath it all(in my hp 25l with 3070). The only way to use another bios is to replace the motherboard it seems. As others in this forum have stated that could be challenging as the motherboard might not have standard screw mounts. So then you'll need a new cabinet as well.
