Essentially the title. My Desktop decided not to start today. I've tried troubleshooting but nothing works. Occasionally flashing GPU every few minutes but nothing else.

Greetings @AidanLT

Welcome to the HP Forum.

What is your PC's Product Number?

Fixing possible hardware problems in a Forum is very difficult.

What troubleshooting steps have you done? I don't want to suggest stuff you have already done.

Per your problem description, the only thing that happens when you start the PC is you see a flashing graphics card every few minutes.

What is flashing? RGB lighting or a possible GPU status LED? Many graphics cards will flag a bad PSU PCIe cable connection to the graphics card using a GPU status LED.

The MB is getting power, at some level, if the graphics card is showing flashing LED activity.

And I am guessing, based upon your problem description, you see no other startup activity such as fans spinning or any other: keyboard or case LED activity. Is this correct?

I would check graphics card connections and then reseat the graphics card to see how it goes. And then try onboard CPU graphics if your CPU and PC's rear I/O support this option.

Otherwise your PC may have some other hardware problem or power delivery problem requiring extensive component troubleshooting.

Regards
