OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000a (514R7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Omen Gaming Hub (Light Studio) can detect and control all the RGB lights on my new Omen 40L PC, except for the HyperX Ram (which is the original product that came with the pre-built computer). I know I can download Armory Crate to control it, but it's still a huge pain to synch and manage, and I'd really prefer to have it all controlled in with one app. Is there a way to fix this?

The issue you are experiencing with the Omen Gaming Hub not detecting and controlling the RGB lights on the HyperX RAM in your Omen 40L Gaming Desktop PC running Windows 11 might be due to compatibility or software limitations. Manufacturers often design their software to work seamlessly with their hardware components; in some cases, third-party components might not be fully supported. While downloading Armory Crate to control the HyperX RAM could be a workaround, it may not integrate perfectly with the Omen Gaming Hub. To achieve full RGB light synchronization and control in one app, you can contact HP Support or HyperX Support to inquire about potential updates or solutions. Alternatively, keep an eye on Omen Gaming Hub and Windows 11 updates that might include enhanced compatibility for a better user experience in the future.

They disabled it because they couldn't figure out how to make it work. They claim it's a compatibility issue with the new security or some crap. If this was the case, then why can ASUS armoury crate figure it out?  I'm just gonna switch my RAM with corsair pro RAM since it looks better anyway
