Omen 25L
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, anyone getting endless update loop with Omen Gaming Hub 11.6.3.0? Under the Overclocking tab, I get this error "The required HP services cannot be found. To resolve this, please click the "Update" button below." Clicking on the Update button download and install the SDK, and restarted the PC. However, the error persists. Updating it again does not help. Is there a newer version or a fix available? If not, is there a way to download the previous version? The app was automatically updated by Windows Store.

In addition, the lighting function under HyperX Fury tab is broken. Error message "Unfortunately, we've had to temporarily disable the HyperX memory lighting function." Is there a way to disable the lighting with other means like Windows registry?

Any help is deeply appreciated. Thank you.

I don't have your first problem with 11.6.4.0, but I do have the second.

Still waiting for the fix...

Do you have the Overclocking tab -> HP service update loop issue?

I'm also having issue with changing lighting. When i click "HyperX Fury" tab in Omen Gaming Hub it gives me yellow message:

"Unfortunately we've had to temporarily disable the HyperX memory lighting function. Please know that we are working on a fix and will have an update soon as possible."

I just purchased the pc today and setup my lighting and it was all working until I did a forced update to omen gaming hub. Now it's stuck on the colors I selected before.

What is the idle and gaming CPU temperature for your Omen 25L with AMD CPU 5800X? Also, I am wondering if the Overclocking tab is in an endless update loop cos the CPU is AMD.

Thanks!

Well...I'm disappointed with HP about the HyperX issue, seems that difficult to correct the light issue ??

For people who have issue with the HyperX ram RGB, until HP gets the thing solved....install Asus Armoury Crate, you will be able to control the lights.
