I am currently working with a, "OMEN 15-en0000 Laptop PC IDS Base Model W/ AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics 2.90 GHz". I was not sure what to put as the board for my issue, but this should work. My issue spawned when I was playing the new, Outlast Trials. My computer started to get choppy out of nowhere and I realized my fans weren't on max performance... When I go into the Omen Gaming Hub, I am only prompted with system vitals. There is no performance, or network control listed anymore, among other tabs missing. So I have no idea what to do, I've uninstalled the Hub and reinstalled. I've updated my windows to the most recent updates and restarted my computer, to no avail! I would like some guidance if someone knows how to fix this, thank you!

If Omen Gaming Hub recognizes OMEN laptop as a HP PC, it might be the “PlatformDataStore.json” file crash or wrong file. Please remove “C:\System.sav\PlatformDataStore.json”
