Microsoft Windows 11

I have recently been trying to access the lighting component of the Omen Gaming Hub but upon doing so, it says that it needs to update the drivers. After clicking the update button it will fully download and then state that it needs to restart the computer in order to finalize the update. After restarting and accessing the hub, it still says that it needs to update drivers, and the process repeats. If it means anything, I also receive the message that I am missing BIOS/Firmware whenever I launch the hub (3rd image) although I have visited the website, downloaded every system update, updated windows, and reinstalled the hub as well as the HP System Event Utility app.

Hi@myyogurtissour,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Omen Gaming Hub issues with the HP Pavilion Desktop PC.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • Uninstall and then Install OMEN Gaming Hub by downloading the app from the Microsoft Store.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
