I am trying to access the omen gaming hub performance control to adjust the performance of my computer while gaming. This controls my fan noise/cooling. The error message says I must update the gaming hub to use access the performance section and says to make sure my windows is updated. I have updated everything and restarted my computer multiple times but no changes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but same problem persists. I need access to this to stop computer for overheating. Any adive would be appreciated!  Specific error message : errorerror

Hi, There is new OMEN Software and SDK package on line, please follow steps below to update/install:

  1. Go to Microsoft Store to update your all OMEN Software, including “OMEN Gaming Hub”, “OMEN Light Studio” or “OMEN Oasis” to the latest.
  2. Execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates (especially to install "Realtek - Net - xx.xx.xxx.xxxx"), then restart.
  3. Launch “HP Support Assistant”, check for updates for the “OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package”. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the app.
  4. In OMEN Gaming Hub, click Update if update message shown in each feature page.
  5. Please install this package: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp143501-144000/sp143720.exe, then restart.
