Hi @Zaqi14,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you've tried a lot of the basic troubleshooting steps already. Here are a few additional suggestions you can try.

Check for Updates:

  • Make sure that Windows is up-to-date. Sometimes, a system update can resolve compatibility issues.
  • Check if there are any updates available for the OMEN Gaming Hub itself through the Microsoft Store or the HP Support website.

Run the Application as Administrator:

  • Right-click the OMEN Gaming Hub shortcut or executable and select "Run as administrator." This can sometimes resolve issues related to permissions.

Check Background Processes:

  • Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and look for any OMEN Gaming Hub processes. If you see any, try ending those tasks and then launching the application again.

Compatibility Mode:

  • Right-click on the OMEN Gaming Hub shortcut or executable, go to Properties, then the Compatibility tab. Try running the program in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows.

Firewall/Antivirus Settings:

  • Check if your firewall or antivirus is blocking the OMEN Gaming Hub. You might need to add it to the list of allowed applications.

Check Event Viewer:

  • Open Event Viewer (search for it in the Start menu), and check under Windows Logs > Application for any error messages related to OMEN Gaming Hub. This might give you more information about what’s going wrong.

Clean Reinstall:

  • Uninstall OMEN Gaming Hub, restart your computer, and then reinstall it from scratch. Make sure to download the latest version from the official HP website.

Check System Files:

  • Run the System File Checker tool. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command sfc /scannow. This will check for and repair any corrupted system files.

Hopefully, one of these steps helps get your OMEN Gaming Hub up and running!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
