I have read multiple posts from users having issues controlling the RGB of the HyperX Fury RAM of the HP Omen 40L in Omen light Studio. Why has this not been fixed after more than 2 years?
Compatibility issues are not an excuse as this is the OEM RAM that this Omen 40L model is manufactured with, not some aftermarket RAM. Asus Armoury Crate (Aura Sync) app is able to control the RGB lighting of the HyperX Fury RAM just fine.
Will we ever get a fix for this in Omen Light Studio?

Hi,
Thanks for the response.
I appreciate omen light studio is still under development and the gaming hub does control the lighting of the RAM. However it has been 2+ years and HP have still not managed to get the Hyper X RAM to work with omen light studio.
Is the omen light studio team still working on this issue or have they abandoned it?

Hi @FIA1299,
I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much but i do appreciate your efforts in performing the troubleshooting steps.
The support here is limited to troubleshooting as you have already tried the HP omen hub to change the light settings and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to assist you further if there is any alternate option available.
