I have a HP OMEN X 25F monitor and everytime I go to play a game which is in high definition my screen occasionally goes black (it will be like blinking) and then it will turn on again, this doesnt happen in games like roblox or genshin impact but it happens in games like fall guys, valorantand phasmophobia, I have changed the screen setting several times with Nvidia but nothing has helped, does anyone know how to fix this because it effects my gameplay

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I see that you are facing screen-related issues while playing games like fall guys, valorantand phasmophobia but not on all games.
Since it is not happening in all the games, the issue could be related to the game software.
I would suggest you please update the monitor driver using the link here: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96001-96500/sp96255.exe
