Omen Rewards issue

Hello,

 

So yesterday I have won the $50 best buy gift card and when I opened up Omen command center today, the rewards section says "Rewards is not support at this location." What is going on? Why is the command center working correctly yesterday and not today? I have also not received any email from HP saying that I have won the gift card? Does anyone know anything about this?
