OMEN X 27 240Hz Gaming Monitor
Microsoft Windows 11

Every time my x27 awakes from sleep or I restart my computer, the exterior RGB light resets to red (default). I've seen a few threads about this with no resolution, could someone please help with this issue? Thanks.

Hello @sretenf

Please contact HP Support if it's possible to do a factory reset or whether there is a workaround solution ...

I have not found it in the following documents:

Quick Setup Guide

User Guide

Maintenance and Service Guide

Please report your results

best regards

Thanks for the help and saving me time reviewing those attached files. Do you know of how I can actually reach someone at HP support? The contact us page doesn't provide any phone numbers and the virtual agent refuses to connect me to anyone (maybe because the monitor is out of warranty?).
