Product: Omen 880-061
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new HP Omen 880 and the bios is showing the SSD and two 2 TB hd's, but windows isn't  Ive got one of the Segates in the drive bay in the top of the machine. Anyone have an idea on what my next steps would be to get to these drives?

I see that your experiencing issue with the windows not showing up the internal drive,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you installed additional hard drive i.e 2TB plus 2TB and plus SSD?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • What happens when you power on the computer?
  • Are you getting any error message or code?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
