It's stuck on 1% updating.

Let me check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

 

Processor

 

BIOS Version/Date

 

 

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Network adapters>

Nvidia RTX3080 VBIOS gives this error in image.

 

OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package won't show the software after installing so I installed it from the store.

(1) VBIOS is official Update for RTX3080 from HP Software and Drivers. Software bug or undefined error -> ignore.

(2) Software bug

(3) Contact HP Support, a HP technican should take a deeper look ...

But it's a 3080Ti not a 3080
