Product: OMEN 40L Gaming Desktop GT21-0350st
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I recently purchased and acquired an HP Omen. I unboxed it, plugged it in, and everything seemed fine. I then relocated it to the other side of my desk- now the light on the front won't turn on, and the lights inside are stuck on rainbow. I have reset everything in the Omen Gaming Hub to default, and also uninstalled/reinstalled the Omen Gaming Hub multiple times (restarting the computer every time). I am not sure what to do at this point.

Hi, Please try these steps:
- Execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates (especially to install "Realtek - Net - xx.xx.xxx.xxxx"), then restart.
- Launch “HP Support Assistant”, check for updates for all items. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the app.
- Re-install Omen Gaming Hub and Omen Light Studio.
- Shutdown unit and unplug power cord at least 20s, then power on again.
