I recently had my PC encounter an issue about BSOD's, and I filed a report, got the box and shipping label, and sent it back through FedEx, that was on 5/26/2020, and once it was recieved by HP, I got an estimated delivery date of 5/29/2020. It is currently 5/28/2020 and the order status has been put "On Hold". I've seen many stories about how customers don't recieve their items for many months after sending in their items and how the date keeps getting pushed back. I need my PC back, and I'm hoping I can get back my PC fixed soon.
