hello, my pc does 3 long beep and 2 short beep..the problem i think is the memory stick ram..i tried to boot with windows+v or b but nothing..the display is black while listening the beep..i don’t know what to do the pc is still on warranty

yes, probably a memory module problem
check, if you have two modules, try one then the other alone
